PURPOSE:To improve cooling ability by boring a hole from the axial side of a counterpart disc to its radial direction, blocking the hole at its side to the outer periphery, and installing an opening leading to the side of the counterpart disc. CONSTITUTION:Holes 17 are bored to penetrate from the end section of the axial side of counterpart discs 6 to the thickness of the discs at its radial direction. These holes 17 are connected to openings 18 bored on the counterpart discs 6. The axial side end of the holes 17 is preferably constituted in such a way that openings 16 of the holes 17 are fanned out for easy oil filling. Eventually, cooling oil from an oil filler port flows in oil ditches on the surface of a friction disc 5 to the direction of the outer periphery by centrifugal force at the time of the rotation of the friction disc 5, and the oil is also introduced from the end of the counterpart disc 6 to the holes 17 and spouted out on the surface of the counterpart disc 6 from apertures 18 via the holes 17. The spouted oil is distributed to the entire disc by the rotation of the friction disc 5.
