PURPOSE:To contrive to obtain the ventilating delaying and stopping function due to a simple structure by providing a heating means and a working source member, that is, the heating member is energized after passing of time preset by a timer and the working source member is made of a shape memory alloy causing a mechanical displacement to an actuator. CONSTITUTION:By the pulling operation of a pull 22, a switch 6 energizes a timer 11 with still energizing a motor 2 and opening a shutter 4, starts a delay action. After passing a preset time, a heater 13 is energized, then a working source member 14 is contracted by the heating exceeding the inverse shape- changing temperature of a shape memory alloy due to the energizing of the heater 13. Consequently, the rising action of a box 9 is obstructed by a stopper 23, accordingly, an actuator 7a is pulled down by the contraction of the working source member 14, the switch 6 makes the motor 2 and the heater 13 OFF. Then the working source member 14 is cooled naturally, returned to OFF position by expanding due to the upward returning force of the actuator 7 a, also the shutter 4 is closed due to the rising of a working member 7b.
