Aldehyde compds. and phenol compds. are condensed to produce the products in particle forms. The reaction product of aldehyde compd. and phenol compd. is dispersed into water to be solidified. The dispersion agent is composed of inorganic and polymerizing dispersion agent. The inorganic dispersion agent is calcium phosphate. This invention improves productivity and the product is easily mixed with adding agent.
