<p>PURPOSE:To change a reaction product into the properties easy in handling by adding NH3 to a waste gas contg. SOx and NOx, collecting a reaction product and performing the gas purge for the collected reaction product. CONSTITUTION:A waste gas contg. SOx and NOx is conducted to a reactor 2, received with the electron beam irradiation from an electron beam accelerator 4, allowed to react with the added NH3 and made to an aerosol. This reaction product is dust-collected with an electrical dust precipitator 5 of a rear stage and the purified gas is discharged via a blower 6 and a stack 7. On the other and, the collected reaction product is transferred to a gas purge chamber 10 and NH3 is fed together with the diluted air 12 in the specified flow rate and the nonreacted substance and the acidic substance are allowed to react with each other and changed into ammonium sulfate easy in the handling. The outlet gas fed from the gas purge chamber is effectively utilized as NH3 for the addition in the waste gas treating process via a valve 9.</p> |
