摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a quantizing circuit suitable for a multilevel logic system by providing a current distributing circuit, which generates plural currents to be compared, and plural floating switches which are controlled in accordance with results of comparison between a quantization threshold and said currents to be compared. CONSTITUTION:A three-output current mirror 53 outputs a current X equal to an input variable X to drains. Respective output ends of drains are connected to current sources 50a-50c which generate prescribed threshold currents and gates of floating switches 51a-51c. Each of switches 51a-51c is turned on when the input variable X exceeds the corresponding threshold current. Current sources 52a-52c which generate fundamental value currents are connected to the input sides of switches 51a-51c, and output sides are connected to one another at a node 57. As the result, a multilevel output corresponding to turning- on/off of switches is obtained in an output terminal 54.
