PURPOSE:To obtain the titled alloy undergoing little reduction in the toughness by aging and having superior corrosion resistance and superior strength at high temp. by limiting a composition consisting of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Co, Cr, Ti, Al, N, Zr, Mo, W and Fe. CONSTITUTION:This heat-resistant high-Cr alloy consists of 0.01-0.20% C, <=0.5% Si, <=0.5% Mn, 35-55% Ni+Co, 25-35% Cr, 0.05-0.5% Ti, 0.05-0.5% Al, <=0.04% N, 0.002-0.10% Zr, at least one between 0.5-3.0% Mo and 0.5-3.0% W (Mo+W=0.5-3.0%) and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities or further contains <=0.008% B. The alloy undergoes little reduction in toughness by aging and has superior corrosion resistance and superior strength at high temp.
