<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an adhesive from adhering to an introduction wall surface, by bringing the forward section of an inner spinner near to the forward section of an inner pipe die, bringing a circular cone frustum section of an outer spinner near along a wall surface of an extrusion head, bringing the forward section of the outer spinner near an outer wall surface of a forward section of an intermediate die and bending the forward section of the outer spinner toward the axis of a torpedo. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing threads F1, F2 led out from bobbins 24 are guided by thread holes (G), (G) of an inner spinner 25A and an outer spinner 25B, and then are led onto an inner pipe (A) via a clearance between an inner pipe die 2A and an intermediate die 12A. In this case, as the forward section of the inner spinner 25A, that is, the distance from the position of the thread hole (G) to the forward section of the inner pipe die 2A, is shorter, the inner reinforcing thread F1 will not touch all the introduction wall surface of the inner pipe die 2A, and but touches only the tip of the inner pipe die 2A to be led out. Therefore if as the reinforcing thread use is made of a sticky thread treated with an adhesive, the adhesive hardly adheres to the inner pipe die surface, and if it adheres to it, the sliding resistance of the reinforcing thread will be increased less.</p> |
