摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize printing for a long period of time by simply adjusting printing conditions by a method in which a semiconductor device is sent to a direction along a transfer roller synchronously with rotation of the transfer roller for printing letters and printed, and the semiconductor device so printed is biased from the face of the transfer roller and retracted to the opposite direction of the direction along the transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:A rail 10 is moved to a direction along a transfer roller 8 syn chronously with rotation of the roller 8. A semiconductor device 9 attached to a lead frame 9a is passed right below the roller 8 and printed by the transfer face of the roller 8 during the moving period. Afterwards, the device 9 is sent by half-pitch to the widthwise direction of the roller 8 by a feeding mechanism 12 provided to the rail 10, the rail 10 is moved to the opposite direction 14 of the roller 8, and the device 9 is further sent by half-pitch and positioned on the extended line of the roller 8 for printing. These operations are repeated to carry out printing operations.
