PURPOSE:To enable the height of a fluid level to be set with no necessity for bringing a finger into contact with machining fluid, by providing a fluid level setting device, such as a fluid level setting knob and setting scale color or the like, to the outside of a machining tank. CONSTITUTION:A fluid tank 3, providing in the vicinity of its bottom part a drain path 31, provides a flow path 35 draining fluid into a tank T2 via a fluid level setting device 33 enabled to perform lift positioning. A cylindrical unit 45, forming a part of the fluid level setting device 33, provides an oveflow port 47, and the cylindrical unit 45 places in a position a little higher than its center an introducing hole 49 0provided in the point of the drain path 31. The cylindrical unit 45, regulating its vertical position, adjusts a position of the overflow port 47 while a fluid level of the fluid tank 3.
