PURPOSE:To attain to enhance productivity by continuation, in forming a film to an electronic machinery medium, by providing the same number of rotary heads as processes and intermittently feeding the same to each process by a drive means. CONSTITUTION:A product 13 is attached to the rotary head 14 provided in a product supply and take-out apparatus 49 in a stop state and a plurality of trucks 17 are provided in a main body 12 and successively fed to a coating chamber 50, a leveling rotary chamber 51, a spin chamber 52, a first curing chamber 53 and a second curing chamber 54 and stopped in each chamber every when a chain is moved over a definite distance by the intermittent rotation of a chain wheel. At this time, rotary driving force is applied to the rotary heat 14 holding the product 13 from the motor 47 provided in a drive chamber 19 through a transmission means and a swinging arm 15 is swung at a definite angle to make it possible to freely change the angle of the product 13 at every process.
