PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate with good embossing processability, by curing following coating, on a flexible base, a composition comprising epoxy compound, carboxyl group-contg. photopolymerizable compound, specific (meth)acrylate and a second photopolymerizable compound in specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:The objective laminate can be obtained by curing following coating, on a flexible base such as plastic film, a curing-type resin composition prepared by blending (A) an epoxy compound having in one molecule at least two epoxy groups (perf. bisphenol A diglycidyl ether), (B) a photopolymerizable compound having in one molecule COOH [e.g., (meth)acrylic acid], (C) a (meth) acrylate from alkylene oxide adduct of either polyalkylene glycol or polyhydric alcohol, and (D) a second photopolymerizable compound in such weight ratios as to be 10/90-90/10, 10/100-80/100 and 10/90-90/10 for A/(B+C+D), B/(B+C+D) and C/(C+D), respectively.
