摘要 PURPOSE:To enlarge change of coil reactances, by setting a compression spring resisting a draft of diaphragm inside a magnetic body sliding in the coil. CONSTITUTION:When a DC current is applied to the primary coil 7 of a differential transformer 5, the initially induced voltage generated in the secondary coil 8 amounts to approximately 0.2V. Air pressure admitted from the inlet port 22, the pressed surface 10 of the diaphragm 9 is floated upward and each surface of the circular disc body 11 is lifted up uniformly against the compression spring 18. This keeps the magnetic body 17 from inclining, and allows it to slide keeping a uniform clearance between the inside periphery of the transformer 5, that is to say, from the outside 9 the end surface of the secondary side coil 8 to inside. And, the magnetic body 17 produces higher output voltage than the time when it was allowed to move inside the primary side coil 7 by sliding. The compression spring 18 comes to elongate and contract inside the transformer 5 and when it deforms, densensess of the steel wires and magnetic fluxes are increased, feeding out electric voltages in such a way that they are added gradually to the individual output voltage of the magnetic body and the displacement of the magnetic body 17 produces the induced voltage becomes approximately 4.5V resulting to easier judgement process.
