PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the strength of the titled steel when the steel is manufactured by charging a molten 13Cr steel contg. Ni into a casting mold, solidifying it, and normalizing and tempering the resulting cast steel, by repeatedly carrying out the normalizing and tempering plural times. CONSTITUTION:A molten 13Cr steel contg. Ni is charged into a casting mold and solidified. The resulting cast steel is normalized by heating at 950-1,050 deg.C for about 2.5hr and air cooling or oil quenching. It is then tempered by heating at 550-660 deg.C for about 10hr and air cooling or furnace cooling to manufacture a 13Cr cast steel contg. Ni. The normalizing and tempering are repeatedly carried out plural times. |
