PURPOSE:To provide the titled sherbet having sour taste and excellent refreshing taste and flavor, by crushing the skin and pulp of pickled plum, mixing the paste with fine strips of beefsteak plant leaf to obtain a jam of pickled plum seasoned with beefsteak plant leaf and mixing the jam to a syrup. CONSTITUTION:The objective sherbet is produced by mixing (A) a syrup with (B) a jam of pickled plum seasoned with beefsteak plant leaf, and obtained by mixing (i) crushed paste of the skin and plum of pickled plum and (ii) fine strips of beefsteak plant leaf. |
