摘要 |
PURPOSE:To eliminate the instability of magnetic characteristics by changing the content of a compd. contg. S in a separating agent for annealing consisting essentially of MgO according to the amt. of the oxide film which consists essentially of SiO2 and is formed in the stage of decarburization annealing. CONSTITUTION:Stock for a grain oriented silicon steel sheet is constituted by contg. 2-4 by weight % and contg. >=1 kinds of 0.008-0.1 S and 0.008-0.1 Se as an inhibitor. Such stock is hot-rolled and is then subjected to >=1 passes of cold rolling including intermediate annealing to the final sheet thickness and thereafter the sheet is subjected to decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing then to final finish annealing by which the grain oriented silicon steel sheet is produced. The content of the compd. contg. S in the separating agent for annealing consisting essentially of MgO is changed according to the amt. of the oxide film which consists essentially of SiO2 and is formed in the stage of decarburization annealing.
