PURPOSE:To improve the out-band characteristic by splitting input/output transducers into plural parts, grounding the transducer at both ends and surrounding each transducer by earth electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Three sets of the transducers whose middle part is used as the input side and two of which at both sides are used as the output are divided respectively into three parts, the divided transducers T22-21 and T22-23 are connected electrically in series and the T21 and T23 are connected electrically in parallel. Then a terminal 10a is connected to the input terminal and terminals 10b, 10c are connected to the earth terminals, the similar connection is applied to output side transducers T18-20 and T24-26. Further, the input/ output transducers are surrounded by the earth electrodes and the parts between the input and the outputs are buried by the earth electrodes to isolate the middle part electrically by insulation regions. Thus, the out-band attenuation is increased.
