摘要 <p>Stabilising comprises adding a polysaccharide deriv. consisting of a water-soluble carboxyalkyl ether, (A), of cellulose or starch, or a water-soluble salt thereof. - Pref. alkyl gp. in (A) contains 1-5 (1 or 2) C alkyl gps. (b) (A) is esp. a cellulose ether, partic. a water-soluble CMC or its Na salt. (c) The amt. of (A) added to the liq. to be treated is 0.001-2 (0.005-1) g/l. (A) can be added before bottling, before the start of fermentation or before concn. and remains in the liq.</p>
