<p>Is made by pressing unexpanded microspheres into the fibrous web using a foam paste. A fibrous web contg. expanded microspheres is impregnated with a mixt. of a liq. resin and a hardener and cured. The microspheres are arranged in a pattern; areas contg. microspheres are sepd. from each other by areas contg. no microspheres. Pref. the microspheres are applied on a regular pattern covering 80-95% of the surface of the web. When expanded they occupy 10-60 vol.% of the web.</p> |
