PURPOSE:To prevent mis-output without losing independency between blocks by providing a means making a command from other interface ineffective as a busy state during transmission to a transmission block to the transmission interface of a transmission section. CONSTITUTION:A command data inputted to the interface IF16a from a central control section via a common bus 15 is received by a reception section 36 and stored in the corresponding memory of a buffer 38 via a distributor 37. A selection section 39 selects a data having the highest priority from a buffer 38, stores it in a transmission buffer 40, the stored command data is outputted to a reception buffer 45 via a distributor 44 to activate a strobe circuit 42. A transmission section 41 receives the strobe signal of the circuit 42, transmits the content of the buffer 40 to a transmission line, a transmission end signal is outputted, the content of the buffers 38, 40 is cleared via OR gates 48, 49 to activate a transmission section 46, the command data of the buffer 45 is sent to the central control section, the data is informed to each IF via the central control section. Thus, the command is hardly transmitted in error to each block of an independent operation.
