<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the mounting and removal times of a magnetic metal plate and prevent grinding scraps from directly adhering to the electromagnetic chuck by using a magnetic metal plate sensitive to magnetism as the jig of a core. CONSTITUTION:About 10 rotary transformer cores 1 formed into a ring on an iron plate 6 are insertionally fixed on positioning pins 4, which are for engagement fitting to the ring-shaped inner circle of the plate 6, and the rotary transformer cores 1 are set for each iron plate 6 without reversal of an electromagnetic chuck 5. Thereafter, the rotary transformer cores 1 are adhered through the iron plate 6 by the magnetic force of the electromagnetic chuck. After the work, they are removed from the electromagnetic chuck 5 together with the iron plate 6, and then a similar iron plate 6 on which cores 1 were previously set is chucked to start the groove work. After the work, each core 1 is removed from the iron plate 6.</p> |
