PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a line by transmitting at first only a reservation signal and transmitting succeedingly an information signal only when the said reservation signal is received by a central processing unit without collision so as to reduce the time when the line is used ineffectively at collision. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission request of information takes place in a terminal device, the terminal device awaits the information an idle signal in an outgoing line and when the idle signal 9 is received, the reservation signal 11 having a preample signal 10 at its head is transmitted from the incoming line. When the central processing unit receives the preamble signal 10 through the incoming line, the idle signal 9 of the outgoing line is changed into a busy signal 12 and when the reservation signal 11 is received in the incoming line, then a busy signal 15 corresponding to the length of the reservation acknowledgement signal 13 and the information signal 14 is transmitted to the outgoing line. When the terminal device receives the own reservation acknowledgement signal 13 through the outgoing line, the device transmits the information signal 14 immediately through the incoming line.
