The system is intended for maintaining constant temp. within the space (3) of a building. It comprises an air (1) heating or cooling unit (4) which is arranged below ground level and communicates, via ducts (5), with a ground level cavity (8) in turn connecting, via cavities (6) in the outside walls, to cavities (7) in the roof, the roof ridge being provided with a valve (2).
