PURPOSE:To prevent drop of any residual material corresponding to an excessively long part cut at a cutting position, aiming at prevention of both generation of irregular cross sections and break of a cutter etc., by supporting the inside of a pipe to be cut at three position by means of an adapter on the cutting side and an adapter for holding the pipe in use. CONSTITUTION:A residual material holding device is inserted in the bore side of a pipe 5 to be cut, and a cutting position 7 is arranged to coincide with the release groove 8a of an adapter 8 on the cutting side. When a spindle 14 is turned by a handle 17, an extruding tool driving bevel gear 12 is rotated and an extruding tool 10 engaged with an extruding tool feeding shaft 11 is moved outward in radial direction so that the adapter 8 on the cutting side and an adapter 9 for holding the pipe in use may come in close contact with the inner wall. Then, residual material 6 corresponding to an excessively long part can be held without dropping when the cuttig position 7 is subjected to machining cut. |
