PURPOSE:To align easily the center of a plunger with that of a pot and to make stable molding possible by a method wherein a plunger to inject resin into a mold cavity is contrived so that it can move freely in radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The flange part 30 on the top of the plunger 1 is hung and supported movably in the axial and radial directions by the ringed retainer part 31 of a hanger part 27 fixed to the bottom end of a transfer cylinder rod 4. In the hanger part 27 a spring 37 is intervened between the top end of the plunger 1 and the ceiling surface of the hanger part so that the plunger 1 is detached always from the ceiling surface of the hanger part. Further, by arranging a sphere 35 smaller in diameter than the distance between the ceiling surface of the hanger part and the semispherical seat 34 on the top surface of the plunger 1, it becomes easy to align the center of the plunger 1 with that of the mold pot 25 and possible to make stable molding. |
