PURPOSE:To infiltrate a resin into an incombustible building material and to obtain a coat in constant thickness by infiltrating forcibly a synthetic resin material vibrated by an ultrasonic wave into the incombustible building material from the surface. CONSTITUTION:An incombustible building material 10 such as a calcium solicate board and a flexible board is transported in by a net conveyor 1, and a sealer 8 consisting of a synthetic resin material is filled into a sealer vessel 7 which is in contact with the lower surface of the building material 10. Besides, the vessel 7 is surrounded by a receiver tank 12. The sealer 8 overflowing from the vessel 7 is sucked up from the receiver tank 12, and returned to the vessel 7 by circulating means 13, 14, 15, and 16. Besides, the sealer 8 is vibrated by the ultrasonic wave at 15-24KHz generated by an ultrasonic oscillator 11 provided to the vessel 7, and the sealer 8 is continuously infiltrated from the surface of the building material 10. Namely, the building material is uniformly impregnated with the sealer, a coat in constant thickness is obtained, the adherence to the building material is enhanced, and the stripping off, etc., can be prevented.
