: Compounds of the formula I < IMG > I wherein one of R1 and R2 is methyl and the other is isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, cyclopentyl or isopropoxyethyl and R3 is hydrogen or optionally substituted (C1-6) alkyl either in optically active form when R3 is hydrogen or in racemic or optically active form when R3 is other than hydrogen, and their acid addition salts. They are useful for the treatment of coronary insufficiency, cerebrovascular insufficiency, peripheral circulation disturbances, hypertension or asthma.
