<p>PURPOSE:The titled ink providing a recording image having sufficiently high concentration, having improved shelf stability, water resistance, etc. without causing clogging on a fine nozzle, obtained by treating a specific dye with a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) One dye shown by the formula I [R is phenylene, or naphthylene; X and X' are H, or sulfonic acid; Y and Y' are H, or Na; R' is group shown by the formula II-IV (X is different from X' when R' contains no sulfone group, and X and X' are H when R' contains sulfone group)] or its mixture is treated with (B) a compound shown by the formula HO(CH2)nSO3 H, Cl(CH2)nCOOH and/or Br(CH2)nCOOH (n is 1 or 2), to give the aimed ink.</p> |
