PURPOSE:To reliably convey a work by providing a conveyer adapted to magnetize the forward end portion of a bending work having magnetism and transfer same downward, and a transfer loader for feeding the work onto the conveyer by an air current to stack the works on the conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 10 is excited, and bending works 3 having magnetism are sequentially placed on a belt of a conveyer 2 in the such a manner as to extend over the belt and conveyed in direction of an arrow A. Secondly the ablve works 3 are fitted in a groove 4a of a transfer loader 4 from the conveyer by a pressure roller 2a, accelerated by jetting air from an air jet hole 4b, and adsorbed to belts 5, 6 by magnetic force of a magnet rail 7. At this time, the groove acts as an upper wall guide of the transfer loader 4 to prevent lateral shifting of the works 3, so that the works 3 are adsorbed and retained with good accuracy. Subsequently, the works are transferred downward by the belts 5, 6, and a designated number of works are stacked. After that, the works are separated from the following work and stacked. Then, the magnet 10 is de-energized to carry out the stacked works. |
