PREPARATION FOR SILANS

摘要

Inorg. catalyst contg. tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium salt was specialized in the heterogeneous reaction of silane chloride. Silane chloride was prepd. from dichlorosilane which had been prepd. from trichlorosilane. The inorg. catalyst contg. tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium was used in both reactions.
