PURPOSE:To make it possible minutely adjust or change the radius of gyration of the tip of a cutting blade and to improve work efficiency by simply reciprocating the cylindrical slider fitted at a base arm. CONSTITUTION:At the end of a base arm 1 is the cylindrical slider 5 slightly meshing with an end arm 2 of which end is attached by a cutting blade 21 fitted. The arm 2 is coupled with the arm 1 being capable of rotation, and the rotary axis of the arm 1 is slightly deviated from that of the arm 2. A push of the slider 5 or a release of the push rotates a free tooth 10 by one pitch. It means, therefore, that the tip position of the cutting blade 21 is shifted by one pitch in relation to the arm 1 allowing the radius of gyration of the tip of the cutting blade 21 to be increased little by little to compensate the wearing amount of the cutting blade 21. |
