PURPOSE:To make the shield performance highly stable and to make the tuning frequency and tuning Q highly accurate and stable by installing an inductor electrode to a conductor circuit substrate and installing a shield device made of a conductor material having a low absorption loss performance around the inductor. CONSTITUTION:The inductor electrode 11 is formed on the substrate 10, a conductor material having a low absorption loss performance is used as shield devices 12, 13 to surround the inductor electrode 11 in the very vicinity. Thus, high shield performance is obtained and thin profile and miniaturized shielding form is realized and a tuning device with highly stable and high tuning Q is realized.
