PURPOSE:To eliminate a malfunction by constituting a titled device so as to supply a signal showing that an operated key-switch and a key matrix in another set on the same line are operated simultaneously, to a controlling circuit together with a data of a buffer memory. CONSTITUTION:In case one of key switches b0, b4, b8 and b12 has been operated simultaneously with respect to a key switch a0, a component of a group scan pulse 12 is inputted to an AND gate 19 through a line line 4 being common to an operated key switch, and even in case when key switches b1, b5, b9 and b13 are operated simultaneously even against a key switch a1 by which a pulse is outputted from the AND gate 19, the same operation is executed. In such a way, an output is outputted from the AND gate, in case when key switches in a key matrix B connected to a line line being common to an operated key switch among the key switches connected to a row line 8 have been operated simultaneously. In the same way, an output is outputted to a row line 9, a row line 10 and a row line 11, from a gate 20, a gate 21 and a gate 22, respectively. The outputs from these gates and an output of a buffer memory 3 are inputted to a controlling circuit.
