A runner strip (feed plate) for an injection mould. The technical problem is to adapt hot runner technology to a runner strip (feed plate) for a multiplicity of gating points arranged in a row. The runner strip (feed plate) (1) has a central feed channel (6), running in the longitudinal direction, and runners (8) which branch off to both sides of the feed channel (6) and open out into mutually opposite lateral faces (9) of the runner strip (feed plate) (1). At least one heating channel (13) is provided parallel to the feed channel (6). Each runner (8) opens out into an aperture hump (10) the gate face of which has a circular depression (11) with a contiguous annular insulating chamber (tab) (12) arranged concentric to the runner (8). <IMAGE>
