PURPOSE:To prepare with a high accuracy and easily a horm by forming like a plane a corugated groove part of a prescribed shape by a cutting work, on a plate surface of a raw material sector plate, and thereafter, forming it in a conical and cylindrical shape by sheeting so that the corrugated groove part is continued in the inside, and also joining suitably the joint parts. CONSTITUTION:According to this method, as for a corrugated horn which is obtained as a conical and cylindrical shape in the end, one piece of sector plate 1 of a shape which has been developed like a plane is used as a raw material in advance. Also, with respect to the plate surface of this raw material sector plate 1, first of all, a corrugated groove part 2 of a prescribed shape is formed like a plane by a plane-like cutting work by a cutting tool 4. Subsequently, the raw material sector plate 1 which has brought the corrugated groove part 2 to cutting work is formed to a conical and cylindrical shape so that its corrugated groove part 2 becomes the inside, and the groove end parts of said part are continued to each other, by sheeting such as roll forming, etc. suitably, and also, thereafter, the joint parts 3 are joined suitably, exactly and firmly extending over the overall length by, for instance, a means of welding, brazing, etc., or a means of an adhesive agent, etc. |
