PURPOSE:To prevent exforiation of plating as well as to improve the yield of production by a method wherein a gear is engaged with a rack, and the engaged point of the gear and the rack is regarded as the contact point of a bending roller and a lead. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a rack 8 is suspended from a punch holder 1 in vertical direction by a wire 10 through the intermediary of a spring 9 so that the rack 8 is maintained horizontally until the rack 8 is engaged with the gear 7. When the rack 8 is rotated with its supporting point 18 as the center point by the descending gear 7, a roller 5b is fixed to a punch holder 1 by a roller bearing 5a in such a manner that the spring 9 whereon the wire 10 is suspended is extended in vertical direction. When the rack 8 is rotated, the supporting point 18 of the rack 8 is fixed to a block 17 in such a manner that the pitch wire of the rack maintains the same level-surface relation with the upper surface of the lead 14b to be bent by the bending roller 6b which comes down at the same time. |
