In a precision roller-type conveyor track, the individual rollers 2 are each driven via a friction gear 4, 5 by a common drive shaft 3, the transmission ratio of the friction gear being adjustable in that the friction wheel, which is arranged on the drive shaft 3 in a manner proof against rotation, is axially displaceable relative to the friction wheel 4 arranged on the roller 2. This makes it possible to provide a single roller-type conveyor track over a plurality of processing stations for workpieces and to adjust the optimum conveying speed between the individual stations by simple adjustment of the friction wheels of the friction gears concerned. <IMAGE>
