PURPOSE:To enable excellent holding of transition of printing ink, by a method wherein a resin film, on the surface of which an antistatic agent is coated, is wound or cut to accumulate the cut films in a sheetlike manner for storage under atmosphere with relative humidity of 50% or more at 20-45 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:A resin film A, on the surface of which a resin layer of an antistatic agent polymer is formed, is fed from the air curtain 4 side in a room 3 under atmosphere with a temperature of 20-45 deg.C and relative humidity of 50% or more, preferably 55-80% through the working of a temperature regulator 1 and an air conditioner 2 having two functions of heating and cooling functions. The film is cut in the shape of a sheet 6 by means of knives 5 and the sheets are accumulated and packed. By delivering the film in a manner described above, transition of printing ink is improved, and this eliminates test printing by which it is tested whether printing properties of the stored resin film is improved.
