PURPOSE:To prevent the missing of a mark or the like by providing an attitude detecting means which is shaked as one body together with an environmental information input means which detects environmental information, and detects whether this input means is in a stable attitude or not and discriminating whether environmental information is effective or not. CONSTITUTION:The attitude detecting means B is constituted with integrators 22 and 24 which integrate angular velocities detected by the first and the second gyro sensors 16 and 18, zero point detectors 26 and 28 which detect zero points of angular displacement converted by integrators 22 and 24, differentiators 30 and 32, and a gate circuit 34 and generates a trigger signal 40. A control means C is constituted with a shutter scanning circuit 42 and a picture processing circuit 44 for an environmental information input means A which consists of a television camera 14 and detects environmental information; and when the stable attitude is detected, the environmental information in the stable state is always fetched in even if the moving body device is shaked when moving on a rugged surface or the like. |
