PURPOSE:To make it possible to narrow the frequency band of a data rink and to reduce the loss of a rader video signal by switching the most significant bit of the rader data by another signal so as to be used. CONSTITUTION:A signal converter 3 and a signal regenerator 4 are used for switching the most significant bit (MSB) of a digitized primary rader video signal to a secondary rader video signal. When the video data is to be transmitted synchronously with a trigger signal, the secondary rader data is mixed with the MSB by 1/N times. Since 2 bits of the rader data are simultaneously transmitted, a loss due to a fine signal is not generated, so that the minimum receiving sensitivity of the rader is not deteriorated. The primary rader video signal is converted into a digital signal consisting of plural bits by an A/D converter. In this case, the digital signal is '1, 1, 1' at the time of maximum amplitude and '1, 0, 0' at the time of minimum amplitude. Even if the MSB is replaced at the minimum amplitude '1, 0, 0', the signal is turned to '1, 0, 0' and the analog value '1' is not changed.
