PURPOSE:To attain the salvage of an instantaneous noise and to detect easily a fixed trouble by scanning overall trouble information at every information, converting a scan result into a serial pattern and adding a bit so as to transmit it. CONSTITUTION:The scan circuit 1 of a trouble transfer device 10 scans always the state in the order of A000 to ANNN to monitor whether the state is ON or OFF. The state is converted into a serial pattern by a parallel/series converting circuit 2, and added by a parity bit so as to be transmitted. Transfer information is transferred to the serial/parallel converting circuit 3 of a trouble transfer device 20 from the device 10 to convert serial information into parallel information. On the basis of information scanned by the A000-ANNN, a drive circuit 4 sets drive points B000-BNNN to the ON or OFF state. If the point A000 is erroneously turned on due to a noise, etc., at the time of scanning periodically the point A000, the point B000 is made in the ON state, but it is returned to the OFF state because it is always scanned. The parity test is executed between the circuits 2 and 3, and the fixed trouble is detected.
