PURPOSE:The title film excellent in retention of an UV screening power, weather resistance, impact resistance, strength, dust-proofness, etc., prepared by adding three UV absorbers to linear low-density PE. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. linear low-density PE (A) of a MI of 0.1-20g/min and a density of 0.890-0.940g/cm<3> is mixed with an UV absorber (B) comprising 0.2-0.6pt.wt. 2-(2'-hydroxy-3'-tert-butyl-5'-methylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzot-riazole, 0.2-0.6pt.wt. 2-(2'-hydroxy-3',5'-di-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriaz-ole, and 0.2-0.8pt.wt. benzotriazole derivative such as 2-(2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl) benzotriazole, and the obtained mixture is formed into an UV-screening mulching film having a transmittance to UV rays of wavelength of 300-380nm<=30% and a thickness of 15-50mu.
