PURPOSE:The title composition having a low resin viscosity, a long pot life, a high curing rate, and excellent workability and properties of a cures product, comprising an epoxy compound, a thiol compound, an amine and a specified mercapto organic acid. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy compound obtained by reacting an epoxy compound having at least one epoxy group in the molecule on the average (e.g., an epoxy compound obtained by reacting a bisphenol A with epichlorohydrin) is mixed with a curing agent comprising a thiol compound having at least one thiol group in the molecule on the average (e.g., 1,4-butanethiol), a cure accelerator comprising an amine such as a (modified) aliphatic amine or (modified) aromatic amine, and 10wt% or below, based on the epoxy resin, mercapto organic acid having one carboxyl group and at least one thiol group in the molecule (e.g., mercaptoacetic acid).
