PURPOSE:To enable the free adjustment of the position, quantity and length of a filler filled in a product, by inserting a filler-injection nozzle into a product and adjusting the timing to draw the nozzle from the product and the relationship between the stroke and the period of piston in the drawing of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus is furnished with a piston 14 for sucking and injecting a filler 2, a change-over valve 8 for the piston 14, and a nozzle 11 to be thrust into a product and inject the filler 2 into the product 10. In a filling cycle comprising the thrusting of the nozzle into the product, the drawing of the nozzle from the product, and returning to the original position, the period from the thrust of the nozzle to the drawing, and the relationship between the stroke and the period of the piston in the drawing of the nozzle are adjusted.
