PURPOSE:To remove completely fat and oil components on the surface of fat and oil food without lowering the taste of the food, by adsorbing fats and oils oozed to the surface of the fat and oil food on cloth consisting of a hydrophobic and lipophilic material. CONSTITUTION:Fats and oils oozed to the surface of fat and oil food are adsorbed on cloth or a fibrous material consisting of a hydrophobic and lipophilic material (preferably P.P), so that surface of the food is treated. |
