MUDDY WATER CIRCULATION INJECTION PUMP

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent intrusion of muddy water into piston chamber and fluid into cylinder by forming the pump case while separating into piston chamber and valve chamber and arranging an air vent device at one end of pump case. CONSTITUTION:The pump case 1 is formed while separating into piston chamber 2 and valve chamber 3 such that the volume will be higher than single time discharging amount. An air-vent device 7 is arranged on the upper face of piston chamber 2. Reciprocal motion of piston 6 will cause repetition of negative pressure condition and compressed condition of pump case 1 thus to perform open/ close operation of valve alternatively by means of a suction valve 9 and a discharge valve 11 and to perform suction/discharge of muddy water V smoothly and automatically. Since the volume of the pump case 1 is set higher than single time discharging amount, intrusion of muddy water V can be prevented by previously feeding cleam water W into the piston chamber 2.
