PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the supporting operation, by supporting a seat on a foot-step surface with the use of component parts of a seat lock means, and by making various postures of a control lever coincident with each other so that the structure of the seat is simplified. CONSTITUTION:The support of a rear seat 7 is supported on a foot step surface 11 by making the rotating end of a lever body 31 to which the front section of the rear seat 7 is attached, abut against the front end corner section of the foot-step surface 11. Further, the rear section of the rear seat 7 is supported by setting a shock absorbing rubber 19 on a bracket fixed to the floor 1 side. Further, arrangement is taken such that the posture of the lever body 31 which is taken when its locking condition is released by a lock means 23, is made to be substantially coincident with the posture of the lever body 31 which is taken when the rear seat 7 is supported on the foot step surface 11 (which condition is shown by one-dot-chain line and two dot-chain-line in the drawing).
