Torque is transmitted from the disc (5) of the primary part, said disc bearing the friction lining, to the hub part (8) of the secondary part via two springs (1 and 6) of plate-shaped design which, at their outside diameter, have recesses (11) facing one another axially and having tangential sloping faces between which there lie rolling elements (12). Under load, the rolling elements (12) slide up the oblique surfaces of the recesses (11), the reaction force of the plate-shaped springs (1 and 6) being reinforced by the springs (14) arranged axially at the periphery of the clutch. The interior of the clutch is divided by seals (19, 20, 21 and 22) into three oil spaces (23, 24 and 25). The deformation of the springs (1, 6, 14) reduces the size of the oil spaces (23 and 25), as a result of which the damping oil is forced via the restriction holes (26 and 27) into the central oil space (24). <IMAGE>
