摘要 PURPOSE:To detect premonitory symptons of abnormality early and to know hysteresis to abnormality by detecting a bearing temperature, an oil film thickness and shaft vibration, computing according to the detection values, and recording the results. CONSTITUTION:According to detection signals a1-a3 of a guide bearing temperature detection sensor A-1, an oil film thickness detection sensor A-2 and a shaft vibration sensor A-3, the temperature absolute value x1, a temperature time change rate x2, an oil film thickness amplitude value x4, the oil film thickness minimum value x5, a bearing clearance value x7 and the shaft vibration absolute value x8 are computed by arithmetic circuits B-1-B-3. Detection signals a1-a3 are input together with these outputs x1-x8 to a recording device G1. The outputs x1-x8 are compared with the set values by comparators C-1-C-8, and according to the results, an alarm device F and abnormality display devices E, H are operated through alarm circuits D-1-D-3.
