PURPOSE:To obtain a speed change gear which may decelerates rotational speed in both normal and reverse rotating directions and which is convenient for changing the specification thereof, by providing a removable planetary gear type speed reducing and reversing mechanism on a PTO drive shaft so that the mechanism is associated with the PTO drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A PTO drive shaft 1 is journalled to a mission casing 2 with its coupling section 3 being projected outward from the wall section 4 of the casing 2. Further, the coupling section 3 and the spline boss 10 of a PTO shaft 7 may come to be near to each other in a coaxial relation ship, and a planetary gear type speed reducing and reversing mechanism 14 for coupling the PTO shaft 7 with the PTO drive shaft 1 is disposed in a speed change gear casing 6. Further, when a clutch means 11 is shifted to a position where planetary gears 21 are mashed with each other, the boss section 12 comes to a position where it released from the coupling section 3 so that the rotation of the PTO drive shaft 1 causes the planetary gear type speed reducing and reversing mechanism 14 to rotate the PTO shaft 7 in the reverse direction at a speed lower than the rotational speed of the PTO drive shaft.
