PURPOSE:To easily detect an abnormal operation of a connecting plate by connecting a joint plate connected to a piston rod and the connecting plate through a spring, and outputting a detection signal when the distance between both plates is below a fixed distance. CONSTITUTION:A joint plate 14 connected to a piston rod of a unit cylinder is loosely fitted to a guide shaft, and connected to a connecting plate 15 through a spring 17. A light interception portion 21 is disposed on the joint plate 14, and when the distance between the joint plate 14 and the connecting plate 15 is below a fixed distance, a detection signal is output across a light flux portion of a photo sensor 19. Therefore, if abnormality is caused in operation of the connecting plate, the abnormality can be quickly noticed by a detection signal.
